Discover the love, humanity and diversity of Arab culture

The Calgary Arab Film Festival (CAFF), is Calgary’s newest film festival created to entertain and enlighten Calgarians about the beauty and diversity of the Arab world.

By featuring films about love, humour and pride through compelling stories and unique perspectives, our goal is to enhance the public understanding of Arab culture

Your ticket to Arab culture

The Calgary Arab Film Festival will run from October 22-24 2010. All films will be proudly presented at the Uptown Stage & Screen.

Having previewed many critically acclaimed films from a number of Arab countries our mandate is to present films that:

  • Represent the diversity of the people, regions and perspectives within the Arab world.
  • Provide realistic perspectives on Arab people, culture, art, history and politics.
  • Discuss critical social and political issues affecting Arab culture in a new and different way.

As we get closer to the festival date CAFF will be confirming our 2010 festival programming. Stay tuned for programming updates.
